Website design
A better first
impression. Built in.
A website should help people understand your business and take the next step. We bring content, visual design and a clear user journey together for business websites.
Considered delivery.
A practical service scope
From the first question
to the next step.
01 / Structure & content
Give the site a clear job.
Agree the sitemap, audience journeys, page content and enquiry paths before moving into layouts.
02 / Responsive design
Design for the smaller screen too.
Create coordinated desktop and mobile layouts with readable type, accessible controls and purposeful visual elements.
03 / Build & handover
Connect the details.
Implement the agreed website scope, review forms and basic search presentation, and define hosting and maintenance ownership.
A clear brief.
No blurred boundaries.
Platform, page count, integrations, hosting, licences, ongoing maintenance and any custom development are scoped before quoting. Complex application development is not implied.
The service in detail
Website design that connects the offer to the next step.
A business website needs to explain the company, make its services easy to evaluate and give visitors a clear route to enquire. We bring page structure, content and responsive design together, with the build scope agreed before implementation.
What the agreed scope can include
- A sitemap and page brief covering the audience, key messages and enquiry journey.
- Coordinated desktop and mobile page designs, with agreed content and reusable visual elements.
- The specified build, review and handover tasks, including form checks and a basic launch checklist.
How the work moves
A process you can follow.
01
Audit and plan
Review the existing site, useful URLs, content, hosting and recovery options. Agree the page list and functional requirements before choosing a design direction.
02
Design around real content
Create layouts using the actual service information. Check readable type, controls and hierarchy on mobile as well as desktop, and approve previews before replacing live pages.
03
Build, check and hand over
Implement the agreed scope, test navigation and forms, and review redirects and search presentation. Document who owns hosting, licences, maintenance and future edits.

Illustrative journey / from service to enquiry
What that looks like in practice.
A visitor should be able to open the service menu, understand a service’s deliverables, find relevant answers and contact the agency with a useful brief. A visually strong page still needs that complete journey to work on a small screen.
Illustrative approach, not a client case study or a claim of results. How we review value
Measure the right things.
At launch, verify the agreed pages, mobile behaviour, navigation and enquiry delivery. After launch, use relevant traffic and conversion data to decide what needs improvement. A design preview alone cannot establish live performance or search visibility.
Frequently asked questions
Useful answers.
Before you decide.
Can you redesign an existing WordPress website?
Yes, subject to reviewing its theme, plugins, hosting, content and recovery options. We agree the build and migration approach before replacing public pages or making disruptive changes.
Is mobile design included?
Responsive behaviour is part of the agreed website design scope. We review mobile navigation, typography, layouts and enquiry controls alongside desktop pages.
Does website design include SEO?
The design scope can include page structure, headings, titles, internal links and launch checks. A broader SEO campaign, ongoing content production and technical remediation are separately specified.
Are hosting and plugin licences included?
They are itemised when required. The proposal should clarify ownership, renewal costs and who maintains third-party services after handover.
Can you build an ecommerce site or custom application?
Those requirements need a separate feasibility and delivery review. Payment integrations, complex applications and custom development are not implied by a business website design scope.
What happens before the site goes live?
We review the approved pages, mobile layouts, links, forms, search settings and recovery plan. Publication follows explicit approval, with responsibilities and remaining checks recorded.
