Social media marketing

A social presence
with something to say.

Give your brand a consistent voice and a practical content rhythm. We plan and create social content around your audience, priorities and the platforms that fit your business.

Clear scope.
Considered delivery.

A practical service scope

From the first question
to the next step.

01 / Strategy

Choose the right conversations.

Define content themes, channel priorities, tone and objectives before committing to a posting schedule.

02 / Content

Turn the plan into a presence.

Create an agreed mix of copy and creative briefs or assets, with a clear review and publishing workflow.

03 / Review

Learn beyond the likes.

Review available reach, engagement, traffic and enquiry signals to refine the content plan.

A clear brief.
No blurred boundaries.

Channels, asset formats, publishing, community management and paid promotion are explicitly agreed. Advertising spend is separate.

The service in detail

Social media marketing with a clear editorial purpose.

An active channel should help people understand and remember the business. We plan social content around the audience, the role of each channel and a production rhythm your team can sustain, then connect it to a practical approval process.

What the agreed scope can include

  • A channel and content direction covering audience, tone, themes and the job each platform should do.
  • An agreed calendar of post concepts, captions and creative briefs or assets, with formats and quantities specified.
  • A review of available reach, engagement, website traffic and enquiries, with recommendations for the next cycle.

How the work moves

A process you can follow.

01

Set the channel roles

Review your current presence and available audience information. Choose platforms based on the business need, rather than reproducing the same post everywhere.

02

Build and approve the calendar

Agree themes and formats, gather inputs and prepare content for consolidated feedback. The scope distinguishes copy, design, video production and publishing.

03

Publish and learn

Set account access and response responsibilities before publishing. Review which content starts relevant conversations and which needs a different angle or format.

Illustrative calendar / a professional services brand

What that looks like in practice.

A useful month might connect one customer question, one practical explanation, one team perspective and one service invitation. Each has a different role; repeating promotional messages in different graphics would add little value.

Illustrative approach, not a client case study or a claim of results.

How we review value

Measure the right things.

Judge results against the channel’s purpose. Relevant comments, saves, referral visits and qualified enquiries can be more informative than a headline engagement total. Paid and organic results should be reported separately.

Frequently asked questions

Useful answers.
Before you decide.

Which social platforms do you cover?

The channel mix is agreed around your audience and objectives. LinkedIn and Instagram may fit some briefs; we first define the role, format requirements and delivery responsibilities for each selected platform.

Are design and video production included?

Only the assets specified in the proposal are included. Captions, design, filming, editing and motion work have different production needs and should be named explicitly.

Do you handle comments and direct messages?

Community management is an optional scope with response hours, escalation rules and boundaries. A content calendar does not automatically include continuous inbox management. If the brief concerns an individual’s profile, see our personal branding service.

Does the fee include advertising spend?

No. Any paid campaign management and media spend are agreed separately. Reports should distinguish paid distribution from organic performance.

How do approvals work?

We agree the calendar cadence, feedback owner, deadlines and final publishing sign-off. Timely access to business information and consolidated feedback keeps the workflow practical.

How will you measure success?

We define the channel objective first, then review relevant reach, interactions, traffic and enquiries using available data. We do not guarantee viral reach or a fixed lead volume.
