A practical service scope

From the first question
to the next step.

01 / Campaign planning

Start with fit.

Define the audience, objective, campaign idea, budget and creator selection criteria.

02 / Creator coordination

Make the brief work.

Coordinate shortlisted creators, deliverables, approval steps, timelines and disclosure requirements within the agreed remit.

03 / Reporting

Keep the outcome in view.

Collect available campaign evidence and review reach, engagement, traffic or tracked enquiries against the brief.

A clear brief.
No blurred boundaries.

Creator fees, usage rights, exclusivity, production and boosting are agreed separately. Creator availability and performance cannot be guaranteed.

The service in detail

Influencer campaigns built around audience fit and an accountable brief.

A creator’s follower count does not tell the whole story. We help define the campaign objective, assess relevant voices and coordinate the approved activity so the audience, message, commercial terms and reporting requirements are considered together.

What the agreed scope can include

  • A campaign brief covering audience, proposition, objectives, budget assumptions and creator selection criteria.
  • A reviewed shortlist with available evidence on content fit, audience relevance and proposed deliverables.
  • A coordination plan covering approvals, schedules, disclosure expectations and collection of agreed performance evidence.

How the work moves

A process you can follow.

01

Define the campaign

Clarify the action or perception the campaign is intended to support within the content strategy. Set the geography, format, timing and budget before approaching a shortlist.

02

Review fit and terms

Assess content quality and available audience evidence. Confirm deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and payment responsibilities before commitments are made.

03

Coordinate and report

Work to the agreed brief and approval stages. Collect published links and available creator insights, then compare outcomes with the original objective.

Illustrative selection / a niche service audience

What that looks like in practice.

A smaller creator whose audience matches the buyer may be more relevant than a broad entertainment account. The shortlist should explain that fit and what the campaign can realistically measure, rather than simply rank creators by followers.

Illustrative approach, not a client case study or a claim of results.

How we review value

Measure the right things.

Use agreed reach and engagement evidence alongside tracked traffic or enquiries where feasible. Separate creator-reported metrics from independently tracked activity, and note where attribution or audience data is unavailable.

Frequently asked questions

Useful answers.
Before you decide.

How are influencers selected?

We use the campaign’s audience, subject, geography and format requirements to assess fit. Available audience and performance information supports the shortlist, which is reviewed before commitments.

Are creator fees included in the agency fee?

Creator fees and agency scope are shown separately. Production, travel, usage rights, exclusivity and paid amplification can add costs and need explicit agreement.

Can we reuse creator content in advertising?

Only when the required rights are agreed. A post on a creator’s account does not automatically grant advertising, editing or indefinite reuse rights.

How are disclosure requirements handled?

The campaign brief should identify applicable disclosure expectations and approval ownership before content goes live. Any legal or specialist review required for the campaign is agreed separately.

Can you guarantee reach or sales?

No. Creator availability, distribution and audience response vary. We define deliverables and reporting requirements without promising a fixed commercial outcome.

What will the campaign report contain?

The agreed report can include published links, available creator insights and tracked traffic or enquiry data. The website enquiry journey also needs to support the campaign. Missing evidence and attribution limits should be made clear.
